At Henryyanni, we are committed to providing reliable, transparent, and efficient shipping services. We work with trusted fulfillment partners to ensure that every order is handled and dispatched with care.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently provide domestic shipping services within the United States (excluding P.O. Boxes and military bases in certain regions).

2. Shipping Costs

We believe in simple and transparent pricing:

  • FREE Standard Shipping: On all orders over $80.00 USD.

  • Flat Rate Shipping: A flat fee of $9.00 USD applies to all orders under $80.00 USD.

  • All shipping costs are clearly displayed at the checkout page before you complete your purchase. There are no hidden handling fees.

3. Order Processing & Transit Time

To provide accurate delivery estimates, please consider the following timeline:

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (EST), Monday to Friday.

  • Order Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday). Orders placed after the cut-off time on Friday or during weekends/holidays will be processed starting the next business day.

  • Transit Time (Standard Shipping): 3–7 business days (Monday – Friday).

Total Estimated Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time

4. Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched from our fulfillment partners, a Tracking Number will be automatically sent to your registered email address.

  • Please allow 1–2 business days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

  • We use reputable carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) to ensure your Henryyanni parcel arrives safely.

5. Taxes, Duties & Customs

For domestic orders within the United States, applicable sales taxes will be calculated and added to your total at checkout.

  • If your order is shipped internationally (outside the U.S.), any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Henryyanni is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance procedures in your country.

6. Address Accuracy & Shipping Delays

  • Incorrect Address: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. Henryyanni cannot be held responsible for lost or misdelivered packages if the address provided at checkout is incorrect.

  • Potential Delays: While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, occasional delays may occur due to extreme weather, carrier strikes, or high-demand peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday). We appreciate your patience and will notify you of any significant delays.
